In the past have they increased armoury when adding classes?

I personally hope that once belts are removed, those slots will be relocated to rings.

They've already told us where the slots are going.
They're being split evenly between weapons and rings with 5 set aside for a rainy day.
Rest easy, we ARE getting more ring space~
