    Can't Redeem Endwalker Collector's Edition

    So, I just bought the collector's edition through Steam, I successfully redeemed the early access code, but... I think I was suppose to enter the collector's edition first. Is there any way to fix this?

    You can't redeem the expansion itself yet, so there's nothing to fix. You will be able to redeem it when early access drops.
    I had similar situation when I pre-ordered Shadowbringers, I believe it always been this way.
