Im pretty confident in this because i did hunt all duels till i won them and was able to spawn the fates i wanted very fast and kept instance jumping when everything was on cooldown.
nah, i’ve had that specific fate take 2-3 hours before even while killing the scorpions the entire time. i believe them tbh.
