Infuriated / Infuriated is still a positive buff, but also a trap that will trick Warriors into making it a loss instead of a gain, if the Warrior approaches it in the wrong way. Wrath will slow and steady reach maximum of its own volition, especially if the Warrior feeds a lot of Abandon into it, but a dumb Warrior that refuses to spend their Wrath resource, for the sake of reaching Infuriated faster, can and will make Infuriated a loss.

Think of Infuriated as a “Enrage mechanic”, a Warrior is likely going to reach it if the Warrior lives long enough and once too much time has passed.
And the Infuriated effect itself? A permanent passive self-buff, so long as the Wrath resource is near maximum(nine of ten Wrath), that acts like a one-use “on the next resource-spending attack” buff.

Infuriated - “A over-abundance of internal reaction and external stimulus has escalated into a adrenaline rush.”

And here is where Infuriated acts like a trap again. While active, Infuriated increases damage dealt by 10%, reduces damage taken by 15%, and will activate the Infuriated bonus of the next Wrath-costing Ability or WeaponSkill. To stay in or spend Infuriated? Spend it. To keep Infuriated active would make it a long-term loss and resource waste, except for cases where you can not target the enemy or enemies, and may as well take advantage of its damage reduction bonus.
(side-note: as far as server-ticks go, Infuriated wears off "after" using it, so the 10% damage buff goes into the attack that it is spent on.)

Uncontrollable / just like how Abandon resource is a “negative” resource, the Uncontrollable status is the opposite of Infuriated, a very very bad debuff that the Warrior should make certain to never hit. If the Abandon resource is allowed to reach its maximum of 1000 points, Uncontrollable activates and takes over the Warrior.

Uncontrollable - “the Inner Beast is out of control, causing the Warrior to abandon reason and straight thinking, and succumb to the blind frenzy, to lash out in a uncontrollable rampage against both enemy and ally.”

Uncontrollable acts like the “Confusion” debuff, the Warrior loses all control and schitt hits the fan. Abandon becomes similar to a timer, sort of like counting down from 1000 to 0, where the confusion-like Uncontrollable debuff will have the Warrior attack what ever random target is chosen at random, until or unless a potential target incrues enmity with the Warrior, while the target can be a enemy or a ally, and the Warrior spends abandon points on “out-of-control” attacks, until Abandon hits 0 and Uncontrollable wears off.

To bring this what has now become quite a long post to a close, I could go even further down this rabbit hole of mine, into the exacts of which WeaponSkills and Abilities would grant Wrath resource points, and by how much, as well as what Wrath/Beast Gauge/Abandon costs various WeaponSkills and abilities would have; but my intent behind this post was only to share the concept of Wrath and Abandon, and Beast Gauge all implemented together in a way that works and truly expresses Warrior’s identity, as this could be relevant to the “real” in-game Warrior.

Any further down this rabbit hole, though.. would leave the grey area between in-game Warrior and my ideas, and fully enter the black territory of my personal pet project, “re-inventing Warrior: the way that warrior ought to have been”, which was not quite the subject of this post, that was my intent.

(Side-note: forgive my post being split into the initial post and 5 replies... I created this thread before I knew about the "use edit to pass the 3,000 character-limit" trick.)
