    Ideas for Post-Game Endwalker to the developers

    A post-game side story filled with savage or extreme-level bosses and mobs in a battlefield similar to Eureka and Bozja/Zadnor.

    Basically all the Fates are savage or extreme level difficulty minus being HP sponges (about the same HP stat rate of Normal Fates in Eureka and Bozja/Zadnor).

    I was thinking if this was going to be the final main storyline then it would be cool to do something extra hard for everyone to do after the story is over. Besides Final Fantasy Traditionally always had superbosses near the end of the game ^^.

    Lets really put players to the test!


    You know I think Red Comet was the closest we ever got to that in Bozja, that fight is always fun until you cheese it with reflect. :P



    That is just my idea anyway, would love to read what you all want.

    They tied Story&Hard boss twice.

    The first time with Coil of Bahamut, the difficulty was between normal and savage. Many complained because they couldn't enjoy the story.
    The second time with Shinryu, same story many complaints about it being "too hard, put the spoon in my mouth please".

    Harder story? Harder fight? Yes. I was a scrub when I started the game and struggled to do basic thing. Yet the content resisting to players was really satisfying to beat.
    MSQ trials such as Thordan should not exist, Hades felt extremely weak aswell.

    But you would have people complaining that it's too hard.

    They technically aready do this. Its content that gets slowly released over time, and they've been doing all that since the begining, or at least HW.

    The Wandering Minstrel
    The Bingcoils
    Diadem
    Palace of the Dead
    Alexander
    Eureka
    Heaven on High
    Omega
    The Ruby Sapphore and Emerald and Diamond Weapons
    The Bozjan Front & Zandor.

    Now if you mean changing the open fields encounters....thst wouldnt work as well in an MMO since there are vastly different character levels and progression that mY ne running around.

    For starters, savage can take weeks of progression. So you expect people to spend weeks learning each and every fate and CE? That's not even workable and wouldn't get very much participation.

    Secondly, you're suggesting the CEs are not already tuned like extreme or savage - they may actually be tuned that way, but you see, 75% of people in the CE can die and they will just get a resurrection, even if it's tuned like extreme or savage - which arguably, they are. What are quite challenging fights are cheesed by the fact people get resurrected by those who have done it enough to learn the mechanics, and that's intended of course.
