I was getting three error codes the day after the update. 11035, 30425, and 30416. on advice from someone, I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall the game. I say attempted because I can't install the game now. I've paid for it, played for two months, love playing and I can't do a thing. every time I contact support I get the same answer. get IE, clear cache and cookies, open ports, etc. I have done it all and still nothing. then I talked to Microsoft. they suggested maybe it was a windows update so I looked and yes I had a few. I downloaded and installed those updates, tried the game again, same result.

at one point I had someone from Square Enix try to check my internet and claimed it was dropping packets. got off the online chat with her and contacted my isp. they did the same test but no loss of signal. it is NOT my computer OR my isp but SE would have me think that. something they did in that last update has affected a lot of people. if this continues I want my money back. no sense paying for a game that I can't play. the worse part is this is the type of game I love and wanted to continue. Hope you get SE's attention and they fix it.

Oh guess I should mention since I don't have the game installed now I don't have the launcher so can't give any info on it.
