Yeah, I'm not sure where they got that from. Going afk is not a ToS violation. Now, if one were to say "I hate this group, gonna afk. Kick me please" then that would be grounds for some sort of punishment. But if someone says "Brb" or nothing at all, nothing can and won't happen because what is there to prove? Nothing.
