Miner's Guild Quest: Water From Stone - NPC Dialog Problem

Just a note -

Here is the guidance text for the Level 30 MIN Quest:

"Hrodger: Hmmm...I vaguely recall a conversation I had with a miner a while back. We were talking about macuahuimeh─ Oh, did I mention that's what you call more than one macuahuitl? Well, it is. Uh, where was I? Ah, yes─we were chatting about macuahuimeh, and the fellow said that he'd previously dug up wyvern obsidian around Thal's Respite in eastern Thanalan. And that's all I know. Hope it helps!"

He mentions Eastern Thanalan (the map) whereas the region's name is Thanalan.

Here is the guidance text for the Level 35 MIN Quest:

"Wide Gulley: You'll find all the raw amethysts you can carry near about Hopeseed Pond, over in the Central Shroud. The problem has to do with the beasties inhabitin' the place more'n aught else. Lindwurms, stropers, sprites...I hear tell even Jaded Jody's made her home there."

Yet again, he mentions Central Shroud (the map) and not the region Black Shroud.

Should we not at least be consistent between quests in the same line?

I don't think it was a design choice to refer to the region name instead of the map name in the Level 25 Job Quest. I believe that it was an oversight.
