For example if the item is for Zhloe, you need to go to her and check what she wants in the timers tab to make sure it is the correct item. As well if still ranking up with custom deliveries, you will only be able to turn in 3 of that item and 3 of the next item.
Just to be clear, you don't need to talk to the custom delivery NPC. Just pull up their list from /timers
