Collectable Appraiser WILL NOT take ANY collectables I make!

As the title says.....

I have literally crafted over 30 collectable items, did ALL the quests to unlock them, Have every crafter at 80, visited all Collectable Appraisers in 4 different cities, watched over 8 videos on the subject, read every step-by-step guide I can find, been at this for over 50 hours and 2 weeks! Nothing! Seems to work for everyone else except me!

The odd thing is that all Collectable Appraisers can see my items when I search and tell me where they are, like what inventory bag they are in and how many I have. HOWEVER, they will not accept it! It says I have 0 items, BUT it tells me how many I have accurately and it's location. WTF?

I'm trying to get my advanced books for all my crafters but can't until I start acquiring yellow scripts. I'm almost done with this broken system due to the time I have spent for nothing!

Are they scored high enough to be turned in? And are they on the list of items they are accepting? Quite frankly, if it's working for everyone else and not for you, it's something you are doing or not doing, and not the system.

Steps:
- Click on the item in the Collector’s window.
- Search for the in your inventory bag.
- Right click on the item in your inventory bag and select turn in (might be a different wording)

Also, do your collectibles meet the minimum collectability? They won’t accept an item if the collectability is too low.

For Rowena (appraisers in major cities)
- Click on the item listed in the appraiser’s window.
- Click on the item (ones you crafted) that is listed in the right panel
- Click on the button at bottom of panel

You are correct, and thanks for the reply. It IS me but I cannot figure out what it is. How can I tell what they are accepting? I've tried to talk to the Appraiser as people said, but I cannot find where he tells me what he wants? I've also checked the timers but cannot find my answer. And yes, the collectability is higher than the minimum.

Do you a have the required collectibility? I'm not in the game right now but IIRC they should be highlighted in the collectible turn-in screen if they are valid. The screen will still show them if they are not but not highlighted I think.

Also, if it's normal scrip collectors, the lists of items accepted doesn't change anymore like it did in the past. So they should always be accepting the given rarefied collectible.

Collectability is just the quality (HQ chance) bar. But instead of a probability it's just whatever rating the bar says. Just fill it up like you would an HQ craft. The NPCs will take a range from the minimum displayed in their item list to the max possible (full quality bar). Rewards are tiered with the third tier requiring something like 90% of the quality bar. If the collectability isn't high enough to satisfy the NPC, you need to make a new one.

The collectability (and reward) ranges they accept are at the bottom panel when you hover over the item listed in their window. (Without hovering it shows the collectability of the top listed item)

Collectability is to collectables what Quality is to regular crafted items. Just increase collectibility when you craft as much as you can to reach the required value.

Also, if these are for your weekly custom deliveries you need to talk to that person. These still rotate on what is needed unlike those with the appraisers. For example if the item is for Zhloe, you need to go to her and check what she wants in the timers tab to make sure it is the correct item. As well if still ranking up with custom deliveries, you will only be able to turn in 3 of that item and 3 of the next item.

Collectibility rating is based on quality, so just raise quality like you're working on HQing something. And yes, just destroy it if it's not minimum since there's no other use for it, IIRC, and I don't think it can be vendored. But always check first.
