I think they should honestly just allow it for a chance to drop albiet low but maybe to Pyromancer Extreme as well? But ya I understand My rate for getting it is stupid low as well.
Would help if they at least added it to the CE Metal Fox as well so if you don't get it in the skirmish you have another shot at it with the critical encounter.
