Mentor Roulette should have longer lockout time

Qued for Mentor Roulette as a tank, got an in-progress Garuda Ex trial. Apparently some toxic excuse for a mentor left immediately when they saw what they qued into. I stayed, we maybe wiped 2 or 3 times, but we got it in the end. I left and got most of the player comms.

Sounds like that mentor made the right call. Shame nobody took the opportunity given to them.
