Not getting any commendations on multiple occasions after briefing mostly sprout groups on ARR/HW EX trials is one of the reasons why I feel a touch reluctant to even bother sometimes.Qued for Mentor Roulette as a tank, got an in-progress Garuda Ex trial. Apparently some toxic excuse for a mentor left immediately when they saw what they qued into. I stayed, we maybe wiped 2 or 3 times, but we got it in the end. I left and got most of the player comms.
Enter dopamine
Mentoring can be a rather thankless job.
The factual requirement to have the queue unlocked, is to have cleared every encounter that is available in mentor roulette, this includes ex trials.

I didn't want to bother being that literal because that's irrelevant to your experience in mentor roulette outside of like I said not afking.
That said i'm not sure why you're bringing that up since you basically said the exact same thing I said and if you were trying to use it as a counter argument that's even worse because most new mentors will have cleared all the old ex trials un synched during mount farms or simply because they needed or wanted to clear them to get mentor roulette unlocked(they didn't queue for them like the people they're now getting in mentor roulette).
Old synched extremes is not a requirement to unlock mentor roulette you just need to clear them synched or not and when you consider you can solo HW extremes now and basically 2 man SB extremes at this point I'm not exactly sure what your point is.
There's no connection between a mentor having cleared an extreme before and them being able to or willing to help other people in a worse off situation with clearing said extreme.

ROFL "see achievements list" it shows the rewards in game. Good luck though on using DF for EX trials. My return question is why is PF so hard to use since there is also an UNSYNC option and bam you got a clear people do many of these every week for WT completions.

So.. your answer is it exists to give rewards? Because I'm going to refute that pretty hard. It has rewards to encourage people to DO it.. but they didn't put it in the game because they needed some way of gating a certain reward.
WHERE IS THIS KETTLE EVERYONE KEEPS INTRODUCING ME TO?
Still did not answer my question about PF, I know when I am being trolled. ROFL apparently its is hard. /walksawaylaughing
Mentors don't wanna mentor. DF isn't for finding duties. Next you'll tell me tanks refuse to pull more than a single pack, even when asked very nicely.
Or that some people like reporting others coz they; 'jump around too much!'.
Weird stuff aside, I think a Mentor should atleast stay for a few pulls.
I mean, c'mon man try atleast a little bit ^^
the first 100% happens and the second thing I remember being mentioned in the DF thread, so... ;P
There is a core difference between everything else and EX.
When you did any of the other dungeons, raids, trials, alliances or Guildhests for the first time, you went blindly, you figured stuff on your own or asked/received advise from someone who had already done that dungeon/raid/trial/alliance to explain the 1-2 mechanics to look out for. In short, you went in unprepared.
When you did an EX fight for the first time, you did so either with a group of people that were also first timers during week one and made prog together, or you did so with a group of people that watched a video or read a guide after they came out and made prog together. In short, you went in prepared.
So how is it fair that just because it's no longer the current endgame people can queue unprepared for content that is NOT novice AND expect someone else to carry them?
