No my solution is to have people who actually want to only help and don't care about time expediency or rewards in the mentor roulettes. Whether it would actually work has yet to be seen because we have a population going into that queue who regularly hamstrings any attempts at it. There IS more things that need mentoring and I would suggest possibly splitting the queue would be fine, but nobody here is suggesting that, they just want to remove it so they can get their mentor run done which is a little telling about their motivations and objectives.
There is a population willing to put in time for new players, but the mentor population is not representative of them because it's full of people who unlocked it for the resources and the prizes.
