purchased moogle weapon removed from inventory after server error followed purchase

Shortly after signing on at about 11pm EDT following the 1.22 patch i retrieved the 9 kupo nuts I had saved from my retainer in Uldah and with the one I had in inventory I now had the ten needed. and purchased the Mogfists. I then went to return to the Uldah Battlecraft ward and became frozen after five minutes I was kicked off server and could not re log for several hours. When I finally was able to join game play the Mogfists were gone as were the 10 Kuponuts only one was left in my inventory and none were on my retainer. Who can I report this to
