You can make 30-60k per day (double on rank up day) from the dwarves beast tribe quests alone by selling the slithersand, depending on server prices of course. And you will level your crafter quickly as well. They are super easy and take 5-10 minutes. Other than that there are glamour, crafting gear and accessories that sell very frequently for good profit. 300-400k per day is more than manageable with a little effort.
