Leveled all jobs to 80

I was a bit sad when I leveled them all and had no reason to do roulettes anymore, but you can actually level them again each expansion when the level cap is raised and new jobs are released.

What about the tank mounts? These give you a reason to do dungeons as a tank. A lot of people farm an easy trial instead but you can do it through roulettes instead to give yourself a reason to do them.

As you acknowledged there is plenty to do in the game. You could collect all the mounts, all the minions, all the Triple Triad cards, and those goals alone would keep you busy for a very long time, because some of the things you collect involve months-long grinds.

2) Eden's Promise Savage
3) Bozja Southern Front and Zadnor
4) Delubrum Reginae Savage
5) The Epic of Alexander Ultimate
6) All Triple Triad cards

Cool. Do you have everything else finished like all the Blue mage spells? Sight seeing logs? Treasure maps? Triple Triad cards? Bodzja? Zadnor 10/10/10? Palace of the Dead Necromancer title? Heaven on High title?

Have you looked into doing stuff in Bozja and Zadnor? I found it pretty fun to grind to 10/10/10 (and I got a nice title for it).

It's always the same with thread like these. People say they are bored and people recommend stuff like finishing fishing logs or doing Bozja. Do you not realize that these types of content are not for everyone? And they are still allowed to say that it's boring?

Take a break, catch up on other games for a few months. I'm working on Mass Effect Legendary Edition, and planning to get back to Doom and a couple others soon.

I don't see anyone saying that the OP needs to like the other content. They're just making suggestions.

I agree that if the OP has no interest in that other content, then taking a break to play other games is the best way to go. Or if the OP would prefer to keep playing FFXIV and truly enjoyed leveling all the jobs, he could start a new character and level his favorite jobs again.

Or, people are just offering suggestions on other things to do in the game, and going into an angry rant about it doesn't really help anyone.

But then again, here on the official forums, everyone's either a white knight who thinks SE can do no wrong, or they hate the game with a burning passion. There's no in-between, it seems.

Yeah, I actually dislike doing quite a bit of the content in this game. I am a fairly long term player now with literally no crafting classes leveled, BLU untouched after just a small bit of leveling, I have hardly done Gold Saucer.. etc.. I'll often see "well, this game isn't for you then" when people have a similar opinion, or dislike/skip the story.

Like 10/10/10 Bozja? Huh? Maybe if it counted OUTSIDE of bozja content or something.. As far as I'm concerned, the only worthwhile one is DPS - and that's ONLY if you plan on actually doing Bozja content in general, like for the relics. I just don't know how anybody can bring themselves to get through some of the stuff this game offers, like if I have to have Netflix open on another screen to get through the "content", then the content isn't worth engaging in at all. Like, I'm just saying. Unless there is some meaningful reward, that justifies doing it.

Actually, I gotta admit, after getting all the jobs to 80 roulettes have actually been more fun. I get to be what I really feel like being in the moment, or just whatevers in-need for the bonus. And capping revelations isn't even something to think about now. It's capped generally by day 2without even trying in just super casual play.

I will admit, the grind to max all the combat jobs was pretty fun but finding a similarly satisfying grind outside of it doesn't really exist in the same sense. Been enjoying just clearing out other questlines I haven't touched though.

On-topic: Congratulations OP for maxing out the jobs. There's definitely things to do in-game if you're bored but it might not scratch the same itch.
