I just didn't think of it.
After I got all my jobs to eighty, I worked on collecting all the Extreme mounts. Once I had all of those I did my 2000 mentor roulettes in the span of roughly three months. After that I cleared the entirety of this Savage tier. Afterwards I grinded out all the normal triple triad cards. Now that that’s done I’ve been chipping away at collecting the Tank and PvP mounts. There’s always something to do, tbh.

do you have all Trust at 80

I totally feel you, OP... I've been in the same situation when I put all my jobs to 80. It was my motivation. Every day I'd do the roulettes and have something to do. I was super excited when I was about to get all jobs to 80, then when I did, I didn't know what else to do anymore. It was like I didn't have a purpose and reason... the weeks that followed were filled with boredom... I thought about playing another mmo. But then I realized that are a lot of other ways to progress your character in this game, and I ended up liking completing just about everything, because I really do like this game, and every form of content in it.
-If you haven't done it already, complete all side stories from the raids, alliance raids and trial series from every expansion. Some of these side stories and fights are really good.
-There is also eureka and bozja as some other leveling system for you to sink your teeth into. I had fun in both.
-Try reaching max rank in all beast tribes. You just do some dailies and in a few months you'll have them all at max and all the rewards that come with them.
-I learned to like collecting stuff, like mounts and minions. There are lots of cool mounts in the gold saucer, so you might want to do the gold saucer challenge log every week and the fashion report, In some time you'll have the super expensive sabotender mount and maybe all others too. You could also try to get the mounts from the EX trials. Up to stormblood you can farm the trials unsync, it's easy enough but engaging, and if you get the mount for all trials in an expanson you get a quest to get an even cooler mount. Current EX trials for shadowbringers are harder, but not too hard or impossible for a beginner, just takes some learning mechanics. You could get a lot of fun learning those fights and farming the dragon mounts.
-You could level blue mage and try to get all of the spells! It's really fun, getting spells for blue mage is great content imo. It's a shame that once you get them all there's not much to do other than getting hard achievements from raids. But you'll be able to use your now super powerful blue mage to grind fates and old duties when you need them for a relic weapon or such.
-You migh try to get a relic weapon? It's a long grind, but it's good glamour! And the current one for shadowbringers is now the strongest weapon in the game! The older ones for other expansions are only for glamour though. They look great but it's super optional content.
-Try your hand at crafting and gathering! Even more jobs to level, and having all crafters to max level gives you amazing benefits like being to repair your gear anywhere and being independent, not needing to buy expensive stuff from the marketboard because you can make it yourself for a fraction of the price, if not for free!

Now a suggestion that is kinda different... not necessary but you might find helpful. Now that your endgame is more freeform, without needing roulettes, you might look into the more social aspects of the game. I don't know if you have many friends or if you're on an active FC, but I'd suggest trying to be a part of a more active FC. When I reached that state you're on I was feeling kinda lonely without stuff to do, so I moved to a more active fc, and it motivated me to play! I met new people, they had events all the time, and getting involved in the chat made me feel like I was a part of a community in the game... just being part of that group and doing stuff with them made me want to play as I was dabbling in the contents I suggested for you above. Maybe try to look for an fc with interests similar to yours, or just a general welcoming and friendly fc.
As for me... It's been more than 1 year sicne I put all my jobs to 80. I still play everyday... I put in front of myself my ultimate goal: to get all mounts and minions possible to get ingame! It's been a long road, but I think I'm doing really well! I'm well over the halfway point! My journey will get me to do a lot of pvp... there are so many cool mounts from there! And before I even get to finish it endwalker will be here, with a new level cap, and we'll get to level our jobs to max level again! so we have that to look forwards to!
Guys he's not looking for suggestions and seems to be well aware there are other activities. Clearly they don't appeal otherwise he'd be doing them.
I emphasize. I got my Amaro and outside of raid night I rarely log that character in. While I do have alts, repeating the story is starting to wear thin. I should be working on my ShB relic but the Timeworn step needs a rethink (I'm got my fingers and toes crossed for 5.57)
I also am well aware of the alternative activities.

Actually, I gotta admit, after getting all the jobs to 80 roulettes have actually been more fun. I get to be what I really feel like being in the moment, or just whatevers in-need for the bonus. And capping revelations isn't even something to think about now. It's capped generally by day 2without even trying in just super casual play.
I will admit, the grind to max all the combat jobs was pretty fun but finding a similarly satisfying grind outside of it doesn't really exist in the same sense. Been enjoying just clearing out other questlines I haven't touched though.
On-topic: Congratulations OP for maxing out the jobs. There's definitely things to do in-game if you're bored but it might not scratch the same itch.
So if he's not looking for suggestions or making any himself, what was the point of his post? Attention seeking?Guys he's not looking for suggestions and seems to be well aware there are other activities. Clearly they don't appeal otherwise he'd be doing them.

What is 5.57 supposed to bring?
