I just Purchased a PS5 and want to transfer my PC Character

So I just managed to luckily obtain a PS5 I was just wondering is there a way to play with an existing character from the PC to PS5 and be able to swap around at will if I ever fancy playing on my PC again

You'll need to purchase the playstation license on top of your PC license, on the same account.

just get a ps5 license, install it and log into the game on ps5 and your char should be there.
you will need to redo your hotbars and macros though
dont know if the backup on the login screen works between pc and PlayStation (mean that cogwheel to the right of your name)

As others said, your character is saved on the server-side. Just your UI may need some tinkering.

The UI shouldn't be a problem, just use the in-game backup tool to upload your configuration and then download it on your PS5 using the same in-game tool, easy as that

I'm not sure if it works PC to PS5, but speaking from my migration from PS4 to PS5, you can use the gears from the login screen on Playstation to upload your settings, hotbars, macros, etc to the server and then download them again to your PS5.

Also this may or may not happen or be an issue for you, but when I migrated, all my inventories were completely out of order. And unless your screen and TV are the same size, your elements might be in all the wrong places even if you migrate your HUD
