Please disregard! I figured it out but I'm not sure how to delete my post so if mods can do that, it would be greatly appreciated!

1. Have completed the three required quests: Protectors of the Wood, Seeing Eye to Eye, and Slither Along
2. I have completed all side story quests in ShB
3. Concerned Mother NPC for the starting quest 'The Stewards of Note' has no quest available.
