I made a thread months ago and the issue still is happening.

I got a whole ONE response from the team and it was basically "did you try turning it off and on again?" re: my keyboard drivers. Then after I responded, I got another month of silence before the team was like "cool great guess the situation is resolved" and moved it to closed problems.

When it's not resolved at all. I'm incredibly frustrated.

Technical support, PLEASE be better. I'm begging you here, I still need your help.
