    Items that look different on different races. Rant.

    First world problems. Hempen pantalettes. That is all

    No seriously, who decided what is booty short underwear on miqo'te needs to be granny panties and legwarmers on an Elezen? I was using them since the loincloth for this set doesn't cover my smalls like you'd think and seeing underwear through dress slits drives me a bit nuts since the colors don't match, and after fantasia they changed appearance on me. Annoying.

    Who thought this was a good idea to make items look different on different races?

    Because it was originally literal racial underwear back in FFXIV 1.0 (it had it's own equipment slots too, as 'small clothes'). ARR changed it to normal gear and you now have a default underwear appearence if you strip your character of all gear. Think of it as a second set of racial gear now.
