    Good morning and thank you for the reply.

    If you have not done so already, try doing a cleanboot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC. In addition when reinstalling the game is the PC connected directly to the router? Or are you using WIFI?

    Computer is wired with an ethernet cable. Tried the clean boot and it still crashes during the cutscenes. Teleported to new gridania and the game did not crash but I then tried teleporting to the crystarium and it crashed immediately upon transitioning. Please help. I would do a system restore but apparently I have no restore points back to when I knew it was working. Do you think if I purchased the non steam version it would make a difference?
