after crash the item and the gill were gone

Steps:

Right after the update was done. I logged in uldah and was on my weaver lv 41. I went to check on my retainer named Seraphima in Tanners Row in Uldah. My retainer had sold Cobalt Cuirass (Red) that was double melded with +140 hp. I took the gill from my retainer.

I went and flagged the quest Careless Whispers. I changed to Warrior and teled to camp horizon. As I got to the location of the fight for that quest. Camp horizon. I tried to solo it and i got my ass handed to me. So, I died, but I could not return move or do anything after i was defeated. I could not Home Point either.

I couldnt log out either. I closed the game and was trying to log back in. However at the time a lot of people could not log back in and the database crashed.

Around 12:05am Pacific after you guys have fixed the issue. I log back in and I am back on weaver in uldah and I look at how much gill I have and that is when I notice that the gill that I took from my retainer is gone. So, I and check my retainer and the item is gone as well. I look at bazar history of the Cobalt Cuirass (Red) and there it is in the history log. My item is gone and so i the gill that it was sold for.
