    Also keep an eye on email notifs. They send a notif out about upcoming subscription payments a few days ahead of the renewal date.

    Start a chat with online technical support, explain the situation and maybe they'll try to work it out. Since they aren't at fault here, however, and their official stance is that these transactions are non-refundable, they most likely won't be able to help you.

    As others have said, don't dispute the charges with your bank or CC, unless you're planning on leaving the game for good, because your account will likely be permanently banned. Might be best to just eat the loss.
