Subjective names, in themselves, are not necessarily changed by GMs. Someone has to report your name, so you can assume someone found the names offensive and reported them.

The GMs are not "automated bots". They use a lot of copy and pasted template text, but that's common among support desk workers. They do personalize what they say if you ask an uncommon question, but you have to understand, they handle the same sort of cases every single day so it makes a lot of sense to use templates that have already considered how to word everything in advance.

The bans are usually temporary, so making a new character is probably not necessary. If you have been asked to change your name by a GM you should just accept it and choose a name that could not be deemed offensive, provocative, disturbing or controversial.

There is no automated reporting system - someone did actually report them all. They could try to /shout and /say asking for a GM and then send a ticket to get their attention. They want to speak to the individuals personally so they will keep them in jail until then.

They will not be specific about who reported you or even why if it would reveal who reported you, so the best thing to do is to read the agreements and make sure you are fully complying with it.
