Does anyone have PROOF of Sartauvoir notes dropping from Unrest/Help Wanted?

Does anyone have actual PROOF of Sartauvoir's notes dropping from No Unrest for the Wicked/Help Wanted?
The misinformation and confusion surrounding these notes is ridiculous. Folks I talk to are hit or miss with details on the other skirmishes and I can only get second hand info at best on those two skirmishes. No one seems to have concrete proof it drops from the other two skirmishes. They only tell me, "I think my friend got it." or "iirc I think it dropped here", but never 100% proof.
If you obtain the notes from No Unrest for the Wicked or Help Wanted please post a screenshot here as proof so we can stop the confusion (and wasted time) for others.

Every other fate completed someone usually links the notes- and i mean every 5 or 6 fates does it seem to drop. It's incredibly rare.

It exists, the drop rate is just abysmally low. I'm all for a grind. Heck, I don't even mind dealing with RNG. But man, the drop rate of a lot of these notes is making this more stressful than it needs to be.

I've looted it from Help Wanted and also from Of Steel and Flame.
