Apartments need Rent

Ok, now run through the scenario where I'm actually not trolling.... just being indecisive and changing positions periodically as the thread unfolds.

And doing a fair bit of ignoring people.
I've gone back through this thread and see you've been blanking people who have asked how adding rent is supposed to make apartments more appealing, and I think MilkieTea is still waiting for an apology.
