Amazing how a bunch of disingenuous posters keep taking that quote out of context solely to smear me over something that's ancient and aimed SPECIFICALLY at addressing the house flipping market because of all the bad RMT stuff it was driving at the time with prices that were 4-5x the SE sticker price... if not higher.
