Any chance for Hellsguard facelift?

That's just how Hellsguard noses are. It's a call back to Galka who had similar animal style dark nostrils.

I personally think it's cute.

When I started playing I genuinely thought they had a "puppy nose" .....and then I upgraded my graphic card, the disappointment was unmeasurable and my day was ruined.

If anything though, I think maybe a skin retexture would be nice, have you seen those open pores? they'd make dermatologists cry

Fem Elezen need their mouths redone. Three of four faces unusable because the mouths are low res and super pale regardless of color chosen.

It's amazing how people think the dark spot on the bottom of the nose is a feature. It's probably a remnant of bad texturing job that was supposed to help shade the face as the game's shadows are pretty bad. Unless Hellsguard really have a habit of rubbing their noses with soot-covered fingers. In which case, EWww.

Female Roegadyn are the least popular race/gender combo, so I really hope they'll do some minor facelift. Perhaps give the two tribes some other minor difference, other than skin color table. Maybe somewhat pointier ears for Hellsguard while making them about 5-10% smaller (or larger) than Sea Wolves? Would that be enough change? Though I wouldn't say no to some curvier hips/glutes/thighs to go with those amazonian muscles.

To me at least it's pretty clear they're not human by the shape of their noses alone, but apparently some ppl still think they just look like more muscular humans.. I mean, sure, MINE DOES. Cause I made her that way. But literallyevery other face is closer to a fish or some other animal rather than a human.

Honestly I wish they had leaned more into Ursine features and made them a bit more animal-like rather than just "muscular humans". Galka tails would have been neat.

I’m sure they’re trying to do something with customization (yoshi mentioned midlander stubble specifically throughout late stormblood and shadowbringers) but something is holding them back. Whether that something be 1.0 spaghetti or unexpected bunny diversions I can’t say, but player customization —especially masculine— is severely lacking.

You can pry my black nostrils from my dead, cold hands. I love my derpy soot nose and will die with it, because it compliments my character's features and makes her into the true cutie she is. It just wouldn't be the same without the dark nose spot. I could get behind an option to toggle it on/off, but outright removal without discrimination? No thanks.
