For real, guys? Why are you being so rude about this? I actually got taken off-guard by this myself. I already bought everything I wanted, but I was expecting to spend my leftovers when the event ended like every other event so far. I came on to upvote what I expected to be a thread of other people surprised that this one isn't working the same way as all the others had.

Instead I got people who seem to be... relishing in the misfortune to take the opportunity to be arrogant and snide about it and accusing people of trolling.

It wouldn't hurt you one bit if they re-added these tomestone items to the moogle who hangs out there at all times anyway.

I'm not gonna lose sleep about this but if y'all wanna take this opportunity to feel superior to other people, you do you, I guess.

Because the person who made this thread made it to troll. They are a known entity on these forums(they have something like 10 to 15 accounts, and we have to deal with them constantly....).

You are right, it wouldn't hurt for them to add these items back for purchase. I seriously don't care. I doubt many people would. However, you are not aware of the OP's past or their alternate accounts. They are just exploiting a semi-hot topic to get a rise out of people. Catch yourself up on current events and then get back to us. We will be waiting.

I was there with ya but you finished that off a bit snide. It's hardly unreasonable for someone not to know forum in-culture. Most people don't spend a ton of time on here and just come here when they have an issue like this sort of thing.

I don't care if they're trolling or not when everyone I know in my own circle of friends who play this game also got surprised by this. It's a bit weird to have this one specific event behave differently than all the others, even if they did mention it would. You kind of have to be looking for a detail like that, if you don't use twitter for the warning they sent out on there, like I don't because I dislike social media, and my very short time on this forum is serving as a good reminder of why.

The real trolls are the people on this forum calling everyone trolls because they spend 10 hours a day reading Twitter and the forums.
