Hate me all you want, but my mood is often reflected in my rant posts. I'm bipolar, so I'm sorry. I'm tired of the crap.

I put my life into this game, so I take it kind of seriously. I hate negativity, so when people go from 1-50 and start bitching, I kind of want to rant. I hadn't posted in the forums until recently when I thought it was a good idea one day. I was wrong, sorry.

Makes no sense when you say you "hate negativity" when you were the one being negative in the first place.....also im sure many people have disabilities either it be physical or in the mental state but i don't see them coming onto the forums being negative to a portion of the community because they level a different way. So please don't try to use your disorder as an excuse.

No one was arguing with you either we were all pretty much stating valid points to your rant to begin with you just seemed to dislike our view points. To be honest you really aren't going to get any sympathy....

I don't get off on bashing people in the slightest. In fact, I've only ever lost my temper and berated someone ingame once, and I started playing at CE release. There are any number of players I get angry at for various reasons, sure, but I know how to keep my complaints to myself, linkshell chat, voice chat, whatever. So know that what I'm about to say to you doesn't come from some desire to "bash" you, but because I think it needs to be said.

Now, I get that you're bipolar and that you've been through some rough times, but as much as those might be explanations for your behaviour, they aren't excuses, and it seems like you're trying to brush away personal responsibility with your post. The fact of the matter is that you seem more intent on fishing for sympathy than showing contrition (car crashes are never good, but how does one from 2006 relate to anything on an FF14 forum?), and that's not only irresponsible, but quite honestly insulting towards those who don't let such conditions and experiences affect their interactions with others. You're still in full control over whether to click submit for your posts, and if you aren't, you should be seeking professional help, not immersing yourself in an MMO. If you're truly sorry, then show it through your actions, not through your statements, because like the poster above me said, few people are going to offer sympathy when you act this way.

I'm just saying there is shit wrong with me and I make impulsive decisions to say / type. I have professional help, but haven't seen them in a while, that is my business.
Whether you bash me or not, again, I could care less. I'm not seeking sympathy, and the purpose of the video, if you watched it, was that I don't let my handicaps stop me.
Even this post was not thought well out, and I just thought my actions deserved explanation.

So in other words you're saying you haven't actually learned anything. You say you make impulsive decisions, then you say your post wasn't well thought out. You might not be seeking sympathy (or even forgiveness), but it definitely looks like you're seeking attention and you're doing it in a very immature way while trying to hide behind your history as a shield against reproach.
