They work hard, yes. But if the work is not satisfactory, they are being paid (By the players, mind you) to fix the mistakes.
This is getting really close to bashing SE, and that is 100% not the goal here. It's simply asking (nicely) to schedule every third or fourth major update in a different time slot.
