Unable to retrieve character data?

Class/Level: White Mage level 70.
1. Unexpected error occurs when trying to log in with this specific character. The game force closes every time this happens, and the error only happens when I try to log onto this character.
2. Problems has persisted well over a week now.
3. I can't try and transfer the character because it is being recognized as in a free company, but the free company does not see me on the roster.
4. Any character created on the adamantoise world can be used with no issues. Same account.
5. Account was set inactive before the release of shadow bringers. It was recently reactivated with a purchase of shadow bringers and an endwalkers pre-order. The character has not once been able to be used once since reactivating the subscription.

According to the lodestone, your character is still there but not in a free company. Maybe it needs you to login successfully to fully update the fact you aren't in a free company.

The crash is most likely because something in the surrounding area or in your character data is corrupt. You could navigate to the Documents\My Games folder, find your character folder and back it up by moving it to another location. This will reset all your hotbars, macros, HUD and other data but might stop the crash.
