DX 11 crash

So I was running the game all fine but then I got a DX11 crash so I booted my game back up but now I was getting the DX11 crash as soon as I pressed play & the game booted up so I thought to myself alright I'll just reinstall the game.

Buuuut now I can get all the way into selecting my character, but a little into loading DX11 crash
and I will note on both accounts It will run on DX9 but not DX11 and I'm just so ???? to what could be happening

Yes this crash happens even if FFXIV is the only thing that is running

I've tried
- Updating Windows & My Drivers
- Tried reinstalling FFXIV twice one to my hardrive one to the C drive
- I've tried running from DX9

Also now it will only crash when I've just logged in, it will crash right away

I've now also tried running from an alt which will work totally fine with no issues!

I got it working!
I was able to download FFXIV to my bf pc and it didn't crash so I moved my character to another location & when I logged in it was totally fine!
