Shadowbringers collector's edition

This should be in the Support ticket created forum but I don't seem to be able to post there.

I bought the Final Fantasy 14 Complete edition and the deluxe edition of Shadowbringers when both were on sale. The Complete set includes Shadowbringers but I wanted the extra stuff from the Deluxe edition.

The Complete Edition registered fine (though the directions in the email said I would put the Serial Number in when I installed the client and instead I had to use the Mog Station website). But when I tried to register the Shadowbringers Deluxe edition online it said the serial number was invalid.

After I started trying to figure out what was the matter I found where you can buy the bonus items from the Shadowbringers Deluxe edition on the Mog Station site which I assume is the correct way to do what I was trying to do. The page where you get your serial numbers for your purchases said once you activate your purchase and get a serial number it is non refundable. Am I just hosed or is there a way to register the Deluxe Edition even though I already own the standard edition?

I sent an email to CS last Sunday and still haven't gotten a reply.
