How do you stick to your main job?

It'd be cool if they add some new tank mount achievements in EW. I'd LOVE if they'd do some healer mount achievements.

Good way to bring new tanks and healers, a lot of ppl fear it and don't even try. I really hope tanking becomes less boring tho.
