    1.22b Paladin Buff, War Rebalance

    For reasons of balancing between job/class and monster/battle content some effects will have changes where generally called "weakened(nerfed)". Sorry about this.

    ■戦士&斧術士の調整■
    Adjustments to MRD/WAR

    「できる限りの下方修正は行わない」という方針で、これまで調整を実施/検討してきましたが、
    戦士に関しては「敵視が安定し、広範囲に高いダメージが出せ、防御力が高い」と、
    あまりにも高性能化してしまったため、一部下方修正が発生します。
    この点については、本当に申し訳ありません。
    The direction is to "try as much as possible to not make downgrade changes" and we have been looking/making adjustments but for Warrior the hate is optimal, at same time can deal high damage and has high defense, it became too strong so parts of it will be down graded. For this one I am really sorry.

    性能が高すぎる「スチールサイクロン」の性能調整が行われます。
    また「バーサク」の効果上昇と「ワールウィンド」の攻撃力を強化し、
    引き換えに「コルーション」の効果が調整されます。
    "Steel Cyclone" will get adjustments since it is current too efficient.
    Also we will increase effect of Berserk and increase the attack in Whirlwind
    and adjust Collusion's effect.

    ■ナイト&剣術士■
    Paladin and Gladiator

    まずダメージの底上げを行うため
    「ゴアブレード」「ライオットソード」「レイジオブハルオーネ」は、強化される予定です。
    また、剣術士からナイトへジョブチェンジした際の最大HP減少特徴を無くし、
    結果的に最大HPが増える調整がなされ、加えて、盾ガードの強化を行う予定です。
    これ以外にも調整の過程で必要と判断されれば、ステータス/敵視関連にも、
    調整が入る可能性があります。
    To increase the damage we are planning to upgrade "Goring Blade" "Riot Blade" "Rage of Halone". Also when changing from gladiator to Paladin to make where you wont lose the maximum HP and instead increase the maximum HP, at same time increase the shield guard. Aside from this if we decide more adjustments are required we may adjust the status/enmity related stats also.
    Saw this posted in the Translations thread. What do you guys think?

    War nerf is ok I guess, I hope it's not too bad because some of these fights will be horrible without spammy SC, if cooldown on it goes up that's pretty bad.

    PLD hp buff and shield buff is greatly needed so thats a plus, however they really should add some sort of magic defense trait to it, it already shares all its main skills with WAR.

    As for PLD ws, no matter how much they buff the dmg, the cooldown needs to be at least half... what is it, 90 seconds on goring?

    that last little bit kinda sounds like a "if you kids dont stop crying I'm gona turn this car around!" threat lol. they have buffed PLD twice and nerfed war once already. now they are buffing PLD again and nerfing WAR, in a sense of tanking, one more time. I think if the cry babies dont stop soon they will eventually squash any hopes of WAR tanking shit lol. Personally, I like war just the way it is, dose great for PLs and garbage mob clean up.

    Paladin and Gladiator
    First, in order to raise the amount of damage they can output, we will be enhancing Gore Blade, Riot Sword, and Rage of Halone. Also, we will be getting rid of the max HP reduction when changing from gladiator to paladin and as a result will be making adjustments to increase their max HP. Additionally, we will be enhancing shield blocks. Besides these, if determined necessary for adjusting, there is the possibility that we adjust stats as well as enmity.

    Dragoon and Lancer
    We are currently testing adjustments for dragoon and lancer so that they are able to elicit higher performance than now for long primal battles, raid bosses, and other battles. Basically we will be increasing the amount of damage done for critical hits and making adjustments so that the job becomes closer to our planned image of the job.

    *For specific adjustment information, once adjustments are finalized, we will be announcing the full details before the patch.
