Zadnor CE Draught

Hihi, new to the forum, just came to cry about relic weapon taking full-time-job levels of effort for just some shiny when it really shouldn't have to. This is my hour 8 in Zadnor now, rank 25, Dalriada clear, still on the quest to get the tier 3 relic weapon.

After 8 hours, I got all 30 FATE mats, but only have 8-10 CE mats, and from what I've read on reddit and this forum here, it seems that everyone else has a big problem with CE spawns as well? Fifteen Delubrums (7,5 hours if you're lucky) for the relic step that's been irrelevant for 2 patches is already much to ask, but I see myself sitting in this barren Shadowbringers Eureka wasteland for like at least another 16 hours just to get the CEs done, which is just so so unreasonable. Might just start queueing for the raids unless those don't give you the CE mats.

I don't know, am I out of touch? Is this intended?

you can get all those items guaranteed from doing normal mode raids and its faster than doing CE/Skirmishes for them especially with 7 blue for Alex and omega raids

The way raids work, the first two of the tier give you the fate mat, the last two the CE one, so by queueing for those you can 100% get 1 from each. Sure not the 2 per CE you get in zadnor (plus mettle) but it's a good way to get done with those steps, just queue for those raids and be done.
I did Zadnor for it until I had all fates mats then did the rest with raids. Granted, I still do Zadnor cause honors, but at least I've finished two weapons meanwhile (still stuck at artifacts for the third).

A3, O3, and E3 are the fastest for them.

Are you contributing to spawning the CE's? You have to kill certain magitek mobs in each zone, It's the same as how you spawn NM's in Eureka. I was killing them solo and spawned every CE multiple times. You can get all the items you need in one full 3hour instance if you actually try to spawn them.

I see far too many people standing in the base waiting for them.

I've started doing this now, but I haven't before. I've started pulling magitek groups and taking them out, but if you're the only one doing it, it hasn't given me the feeling that the CEs are spawning any faster. I'm probably at hour 12 of Zadnor now and have barely gone past the halfway point of CE mats.
