Sure it's not rocket science but if something takes time, practice and research to be able to do well it's not exactly super easy. I never understood the argument that something isn't difficult because all you have to do is put effort in and work for it.

I’ll rephrase, because I understand what your saying here, I personally don’t find higher tier content (that which I’ve done) hard, and don’t feel that the things I haven’t done would be hard for me.

For me it is a matter of time. Personally I’d like to see duty finder used for higher tier content.
With some more robust filtering (expanding on what they have on the high end tab) to get people in the type of group they need. Most days Party Finder is a mess, and more of a hassle than it’s worth.

It is a tool that people that is obsessed with efficiency use to know who is exactly not doing something that they should be doing.
If used correctly, you can probably learn what other people is doing and improve your performance. But it is not mandatory or very useful if you don't know your job, though.
