Whew, those are some brave words for the forums. Add "he should enjoy it in his own way" and you'll cause a singularity.
This one's throwing down the gauntlet, for sure.

Only bold statements here.
Of course he is free to enjoy any games he wants.
If he has a bad opinion about the game, that's fair it's not his kind of game after all. Except if he skips all the story and buys a levelboost just to say it has no build-up. A particular youtuber did that, deleted their review because the "community was toxic".
What really matters is the community he'll drag along. Have you seen the chaos that is his twitch chat?
Many Ex-WoW players adviced him to play the game alone without his chat, yet it seems he'll bring along his community for which he could spit an unfair judgment to please the public.
I mean tbh, the community was pretty toxic toward him. Like yeah the review was horrible and unfair, but that doesn’t justify sending death threats to him which is what happened. This community has a bad habit of doing that...Only bold statements here.

Out of curiosity I watched his latest stream. He said he is against jump potions (even in wow) and intends to play the game as it was intended.
As for his chat, there was a talk about limiting it to emotes only so that might improve things.
Sure, no one deserve this kind of treatment...
Yet it was to be expected, it's one of those situation where the victim hands someone the stick asking get beaten then complain that it's all the fault of the one beating them.
The review was lazy and unfair, a part of the community overreacted. Let's remember it's a few bad ones, not everyone send death treats when they don't get the thing they want.
No matter what there will be people overreacting and lazy reviews. It's both sides fault and a side doesn't represent a big chunck of the community.
Just look at the trolls on the forum, they post a lot yet they don't even represent 0.1% of the community, it's just that they know how to make themselves seen.
Still, no one deserves death treats or insults no matter how rotten their minds can be, we were all cruel kids at one point in our lives.
I praise his efforts! Now if he can reach HW and maybe finishing it without skipping a cutscene...
Why are you so afraid of getting banned to the point you won't talk at all? I think the way ToS is being enforced in-game is a little bit exaggerated.I do report them, so let’s not assume i don’t okay? Don’t really see how the problem is me if i’m afraid of being banned with the way the ToS is in this game but nice gaslighting. It’s not a secret it sucks. Yes i talk about it on the forums but it’s not complaining, it’s called bringing awareness. Tired of seeing all these people act like the community is a saint when the toxicity is prevalent in this very thread alone. Don’t see how it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy though lmao. Please elaborate.
Oh, they are very strict and active if a person is being problematic enough. Even so, I can chat casually with other players with no problems at all. I just make sure there's no profanity involved and it's not inappropriate. Back when the ToS changes were made to be a bit more...vague in this regard, I too felt this way. But honestly, nothing really changed. Guess it just depends on what people say. It seems like a lot of people forgot these important words of wisdom..."If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
