If it was someone on the ground it could easily be /playdead which is mogstation.

Cheat engine is client side modding, if another player saw it in game it would have been server side meaning whatever it was is in the game.

By technicality it's in the game, but inaccessible to players. From how a friend explained to me when I first saw it:

-"In the game code, there's two versions of /doze. The one used when you're not near a suitable sleeping surface, and one when you are near a bed/etc. When you hit/type /doze, the game determines where you're standing and then executes the one that corresponds to where you are. By using Cheat Engine, it is possible for players to figure out the memory address of the 'bed' version of the emote and add it to a hotbar, which when used, triggers the same flag as when your client checks where you are and determines you're near a bed. Since its a valid emote, the server accepts it and lets you use it anywhere, probably because the server assumes it being used means the client did the proper check, so it has no need to re-check it."

Using that emote is someone blatantly admitting they used cheat engine and technically is a bannable offense if a report was issued against the player and a GM saw it.
