Infinite Loading screen - Mt. Gulg

Hi there! I'm currently experiencing an infinite loading screen for Mt. Gulg and the 1st time entering the dungeon it automatically closed my game.

I've tried multiple "solutions" found online and have had no success so far and would like some help on trying to fix this.

So far I've changed cutscene config from 0-->1 and 1-->0 but had no success, I've tried running the game on DirectX9 and DirectX11, I've tried reducing all my settings to the lowest possible, I am also currently reinstalling the game on my 2 TB HD instead of 1 TB SSD HD.
