    You didn't follow the format.

    This isn't a technical issue with the client. That's why it got removed. It's not a technical support issue.

    You could file it under bug reports if you think it's a bug. But it probably isn't.

    Then why did the original post got moved to "closed concerns" in the technical section rather then the "not a bug" section?

    And if its just format, why send it to general discussion instead of the bug section?

    If its your case deflection strategy to discourage users from filing reports because its not the right category, its not very serious.
