I'd get less customization overall, because a few people want to play a rat looking race.

I don't think we needed a beefy furry race (sorry male hroth), but we got them. What's done is done. We definitely don't need a furry small race, for one I think they look dumb, but on top of that they'd be horrifically limited. A resource drain for nothing.

I take it you haven’t seen that one thread that also suggested what customization options could be possible? Again it’s not “only a few” people want it. I still don’t see how this would negatively affect you other than you personally don’t want it. The same arguments you said could be said about certain other races.

No, but I cannot imagine there could be much done in terms of customization for this moogle race. Oh? Are you referring to my viera or hrothgar? I don't think they should have been added either. Not in this state.
