Additional Item, email doesnt arrive, problem.

So, I bought an item on the online shop but, meanwhile in the card which I used the money got detracted, I didn't receive any email of the confirmation of the payment and neither I did receive the item or a record on the Purchase History. When it is supposed to arrive the email? I'm asking because last time I bought it, istantly arrived...
