Add Sky Islands to explore in the Island Sanctuary

Imagine the potential of floating islands. We are starting to explore cave systems, but what of the sky? There's no reason islands couldn't magically appear. It is a fantasy.

Materials up in the clouds would be wonderful, but you know what else? HOUSING. Add housing to a floating island, and the Island Sanctuary would be complete.

I know IS is meant to be entirely side-content, but they reaaaaaaly goofed by not tying it to botanist/miner/fisher, even as a level independent activity like ocean fishing. If they had only made it match gathering done outside of IS, it would easily have been a jump-off location to exotic gathering locales such as the Diadem…which could be upcycled to be a place one could gather materials both for IS and potentially other activities that are gathering-centric (think archaeology/hot and cold games/rework of any future rebuilding projects like Isngard had).

TL;dr: shame doesn’t use actual gathering mechanics; maybe they will use IS as an embark point for excursions?

Edit: we also need to be able to go to IS directly from Limsa, or have a teleport.

First we need a port for our sad little nutshell! And some beach decorations would be neat...also wish NPCs could visit us on the Island just randomly tbh. cause with only the mammets it feels just too empty sometimes.
