Characters are missing???

When I went to log in today all my characters were missing. The only option was “start” and it would take me to the pick a data center/sever to create a new character...where did my files go? I have well over 1,000 hours in game and run a FC. My main is on Primal, Lamia.

Edit: Problem solved. Deleted the game on Steam and re-installed it. My characters popped up after that. However, character configuration data was missing. (Not a big deal just had to fix my hotbars and UI placement)

Did your game decide to swap data centres for the login screen on you?
Try going back to the main menu and selecting Primal again, then attempt to start the game and see which characters are available.

Click on Primal Datacenter and go back to your Lamia World.


Game data is not saved locally by the way to answer "where did my files go?"

When I click on Data Centers it just started the new character cutscene. However, problem has been resolved by doing a clean re-install.
