Secondary Monitor Black Screen

Hi All:

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue. I have dual monitors. My left, primary, monitor is where I have FFXIV running in borderless windowed mode. However, whenever I click over to my secondary monitor, which has my Discord, Spotify, etc on it, the secondary monitor flashes back for some period of time and then comes back on before I'm actually able to use it. It does this again when I click back over on the primary monitor to get back into the game. I'd appreciate any thoughts. I'm currently using an Nvidia 2070 Super as my GPU.

Not really game specific issue, are both monitor same brands? Same model and same hz?

Does this issue only occur when playing Final Fantasy XIV? Additionally does this issue occur on the first monitor at all?
