Lagging/Disconnect symbol next to my Character every 10-20 seconds

Hello!

I am experiencing constant disconnects (not fully logging me out) that are extremely affecting my performance. Every 10-20 seconds either my actions don't go off when I press them or I get the Disconnect Symbol next to my name and everything lags.

I am running on Windows 10 PC with ethernet connection with <1ms latency to my router, I have searched the threads and opened the following ports through my internet:
54992 through 54994,
55006 through 55007,
55021 through 55040

This did not do anything and I temporarily disabled my firewall and that didn't help
My internet speeds are upwards of 150-170mb Down and 15-20mb Up
I have tried with absolutely no apps in the background and recently did a clean install of windows with no fix

I also have the same issues with my PS5 (did not try opening the ports mentioned above)

Let me know if you need any more information and what I can do to fix this! It's extremely cumbersome.

This has been resolved. Was an issue with cabling in my house.
